You will either be invited to a consultation event or one of our Customer Experience Coordinators will visit your home where we will show you example images of what your improved home will look like once the work is complete. You will be able to tell us what you think about the designs and this feedback will be used to produce the final designs.

If you have a family member, friend or neighbour who you could leave a key with, we can arrange with you how we can gain access. We can discuss your circumstances and agree with you the arrangements.

Yes, all of our workers are trustworthy and reliable, many of them have worked for us for a long time. We are used to working in environments where residents may have to pop in and out. If you have any concerns, please speak to your Customer Experience Coordinator.

No - only the work needed to bring your home up to the required standards stipulated by your housing provider will be carried out. We would also ask you not to approach the workers about doing additional work for you, as we cannot be held responsible if anything goes wrong outside of the work that we are meant to be carrying out.
